                                                                                                                          COVID-19 Safety Procedures Policy

Effective June 22, 2020 until further notice

 

Health and Cleaning

All employees must:

·         wear masks at all times;

·         clean and disinfect their high touch working areas frequently;

·         ventilate the rooms frequently;

·         wash/sanitize hands at least once an hour;

·         notify executive director if sick and stay home

 

Social distancing

·         Employees and clients must maintain at least 6-feet distance all the time;

·         all the educational activities must be conducted remotely;

·         interviews/testing must be conducted by appointment only;

·         if clients are scheduled for face to face testing, they will have to sign the consent form (the form will be sent to them before test time is scheduled)

·         if it is necessary to provide a service face-to-face, require customers to wear masks or face covering and bring their own pens and pencils;

·         if the weather allows, a service will be provided outside the facility (in this case the folding tables and chairs will be placed at the facility backyard);

·         staff meetings and training will be conducted virtually;

·         large groups of clients are not allowed entering and leaving the building at the same time.

If there is a COVID-19 exposure in the building

·         the facility will be closed for cleaning;

·         each employee temperature will be taken;

·         those who have temperature of 100.4 degrees F or higher will be sent home;

·          if employees have COVID-19 symptoms, they should stay home and notify the executive director; they should follow CDC recommended guidance of home isolation.

 

 

Employees who was in close contact with anyone known or suspected to have COVID-19 in the last 14 days should adhere to practices set out by CDC

Customers who was in close contact with anyone known or suspected to have COVID-19 in the last 14 days, will be provided services remotely. Contact us at 215-856-7314.

Information regarding exposure to COVID-19 will be kept confidential.
